Mom is not going to save you from the internet demons

Yesterday:  Shia LaBeouf is back speaking against Trump after attacking fellow protester live on camera – but now has his mom and wife by his side for support

The actor walked hand-in-hand with his mother, Shayne Saide, from his hotel to the outdoor camera in Queens, New York, where he is carrying out his ‘He will not divide us’ protest.

But he declined to speak to, instead launching into a series of f-words.

Mister Metokur offers a summary of the events leading up to Shia’s arrest.  (Language warning obviously; if you watch this while eating anything, it’s not my fault if you choke to death.)

The kid screeching REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE is THE BEST.

Shia really should have stuck to his retirement after the plagiarism scandal back in 2013.  In case you hadn’t heard about that one:

  • He made a comic book into film without obtaining the rights
  • When caught, he plagiarized an apology
  • Offered another apology via skywriting
  • Claimed to be retiring because of “attacks against my artistic integrity”

Time has more examples of Shia’s fruitcakery.  Clearly the retirement didn’t stick but his mental health hasn’t improved one bit.

Edit:  This just doesn’t get old. The full version of the “neo-nazi” kid is interesting.

Is this timeline not the best or what?

  1. That guy with the scarf who just keeps chanting quietly, whose side is he on anyway? He looks like he’s gonna crack up laughing several times. The lady with the umbrella looks like she’s really gonna lose her cool. And everyone eating pizza in the back ground – ha!

  2. One theory I saw was that he’s an actor paid to do it. He’s definitely there a long time and never says anything (at least in the clips I’ve seen him in) other than that stupid chant.
